Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The product delivered is wrong or different from the one ordered

  • The item is incomplete, missing parts or accessories (if applicable)


Return Request Timeline
  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Any request made after 3 days will not be eligible for return/refund.


Proof Required

To initiate a return, the customer must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue

  • Order ID and original packaging details

This helps us verify and process your request faster.


Return Process
  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with the issue and proof.

  2. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you for return shipping.

  4. Once the item is received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.


Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed to your bank account or digital wallet.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used, worn, or tampered with

  • Change of mind or no longer needed

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Minor differences in color/texture due to photography or screen settings
